Location: hashtag#Riyadh – KSA Job
Duration: 12 months extendable

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for agile teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams to prioritize and deliver features and user stories.
• Track and report project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and release planning.
• Coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple agile teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the agile teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Coordinator or similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
